Courses
Comprehensive hands-on training tailored to the Houston bar market — craft cocktails, professional bartending duties, alcohol awareness, and customer service.
The Program
Our Mixology program is designed to provide comprehensive training in all areas of professional bartending. Students learn to mix popular and classic drinks and gain working knowledge of bartending duties, alcohol awareness, and customer service — all hands-on behind a real bar.
Graduates learn to prepare 125 traditional drinks plus the latest trending cocktails. In addition, students earn beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service certifications. The school uses the Anheuser-Busch "Beertender" training program and the Guinness Beer "Perfect Pour" program.
